On January 22, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting on “CPHTED-Ⅲ type electronic detonator automatic assembly and conveying production line process technology equipment”. The meeting was chaired by Xiao Yuehua, the second-level inspector of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Work Safety Department. Hu Hongyan, director of the Civil Explosives Management and Industry Safety Guidance Division of the Provincial Department of Economic and Information Technology, Zheng Weiguang, a third-level researcher, and relevant leaders of the industry authorities of Huzhou City and Changxing County attended the meeting. The main participating units of this meeting included: Xinlian Civil Explosives Group, Changpeng Company, Hongteng Company, etc.; General Manager Mr. Wu Qiong attended the meeting on behalf of our company.
This appraisal meeting established an appraisal committee with Professor Liu Dabin of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the director, Professor Jiang Rongguang of Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Jia Xiaohong, a researcher-level senior engineer of Xi’an Qinghua Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. as deputy directors, and Professor Wang Yuesheng of Hangzhou Dianzi University, Tang Sheng, a senior engineer of Chongqing Shunan Explosives Co., Ltd., Gao Ming, a senior engineer of Inner Mongolia Sanli Group Hongqi Chemical Co., Ltd., and Guan Yanyi, a researcher-level senior engineer of Shandong Shengshida Chemical Co., Ltd., and other well-known experts in the civil explosives industry as members.
The appraisal committee listened to the project development work summary, technical summary report and other reports, verified the operation of the production line equipment on site, reviewed relevant materials, and sampled the performance of trial production products. After questioning and discussion, the experts of the appraisal committee unanimously determined that the project is innovative, advanced, reliable and safe, and the comprehensive technology has reached the international leading level, and agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievement appraisal.
The CPHTED-Ⅲ type electronic detonator automatic assembly production line consists of three modules: wire processing, detonator assembly and automatic packaging. The wire processing module includes functions such as automatic wire laying, slitting, winding, binding, stripping, installing the lower cover of the junction box, visual inspection and rejection of defective products; the detonator assembly module includes functions such as automatic completion of rubber plug injection, riveting and welding of the leg wire and chip, solder joint detection, basic detonator assembly bayonet, bayonet detection, electrical parameter detection, chip three-code binding, laser coding, junction box upper cover assembly, junction box coding, etc. (retaining the automatic glue injection of the junction box and the online welding station of the junction box terminal); the finished product automatic packaging module includes automatic unloading, automatic bagging, automatic bag sealing, automatic boxing, automatic placement of instructions, automatic labeling, automatic weighing, label visual inspection, automatic box sealing, etc. (retaining the manual code supplement and manual packaging stations). The automatic connection between the three modules realizes continuous, unmanned and intelligent production.
The CPHTED-Ⅲ electronic detonator automated assembly production line applies the HT-IDTS industrial digital twin system independently developed by Hongteng. The system realizes the attachment of management information of different dimensions to a unified 3D scene, greatly improving the efficiency of information interaction, reducing time loss, effectively enhancing the overall information control of the management, and improving the informatization and digitalization level of the production line, meeting the requirements of high-quality development.
The production line successfully passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal and obtained the internationally leading appraisal conclusion, which is not only a reflection of Hongteng’s technical strength, but also an important milestone in the scientific and technological development of the civil explosives industry.
